A milestone or constraint task in the Lookahead: Task List view can be duplicated in order to more efficiently create a new milestone or constraint that shares identical or similar task attributes to the original milestone / constraint task.
To duplicate a milestone or constraint task in the Lookahead: Task List view complete the steps below:
- Select the Milestone / Task you wish to duplicate in the Lookahead: Task List. Once selected, the task row will highlight and underline in blue.
- Select the checkbox on the left of the Milestone / Task row then select the Duplicate Task icon on the bottom toolbar as shown below:
- In the Duplicate Task window, modify any of the Milestone / Task attributes using the drop-downs and / or text boxes as shown below (see Insert Milestone / Task for a description of each of the Milestone / Task attributes).
- Once the correct information has been entered, click the Submit button to save the changes.
