Actual dates represent the actual completion dates for a task. Once a task is completed, forecast dates are no longer relevant and actual dates come into play. These dates are entered by the team member assigned the task (or team member with Team-Level Access) when updating the task status of the Current Production Plan or as a Completed-Not-Planned task. Since completion of work progresses the workflow, actual dates are important in the real-time calculation of forecast dates and variance of successor tasks.
