A Milestone or constraint task in the Lookahead view can be duplicated in order to more efficiently create a new Milestone or constraint that shares identical or similar task attributes to the original Milestone / constraint task.
To duplicate a Milestone or constraint task from the Lookahead view complete the steps below:
From the Main Navigation Bar select Lookahead, then select Gantt Chart.
- Select the task you wish to duplicate and then click on the Duplicate Task icon on the bottom toolbar.
In the Duplicate Task window, modify any of the Milestone / Task attributes using the drop-downs and / or text boxes (see Insert Milestone / Task for a description of each of the attributes). Once the correct information has been entered, click the Submit button to save the changes.
